Claims Policy

For Sukarne it is essential to provide a good after-sales service, that any claim is made in accordance with the following rules:

  1. Any claim of missing product, difference in weight, short or expired expiration will be valid only if it is made at the time of receiving the product. All product received will be understood, by that fact, as delivered to the customer's entire satisfaction.
  2. Complaints related to the quality of the product will proceed as long as the following conditions are met:
    • a) It is done within 48 hours. (2 days) following receipt of the product.
    • b) The packaging and / or the product has not been opened, manipulated or subject to any modification or processing by the customer.
  3. All claims must be communicated to our Department. Customer Service at tel. 800 364 4444, to the email: servicioaclientes@sukarne.com or with the dealer and / or seller at the time of receipt of the product.
